From here in my captivity
With my distressed spirit
I lift my eyes toward heaven
Longing for the most precious
My children and my grandchildren
Freedom the most sacred
United by love, we will overcome
Fear, anguish, and sadness
Replaced with faith, hope
In our Lord Jesus, capable of all
Forgive and restore
Pray to the One, capable of all
And who keeps us safe.
